TLC provides services for those with blindness and multiple disabilities.
Compassionate staff is needed to work with these individuals to help them achieve their fullest potential. We do fun weekend outings like going to the park, movies, bowling and we have swim classes for our consumers as well with our own in-house pool instructor.

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional:

Under the general supervision of the Residential Director, the QIDP shall oversee the day to day operations of 2-4 ICF or Community Care Facility homes, responsible for case management of approximately 18 to 24 consumers, supervises care providers and staff assigned to designated homes, work as a liaison with multiple levels of staff and consultants, ensures all required reports, documents, and other mandated paperwork is submitted on a timely basis, participates as a member of the management team, Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), and Human Rights and Infection Control Committee.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the day to day operations of TLC homes.

  • Provide case management for consumers.

  • Manage and supervise care providers and Residential aides.

  • Arrange schedules for direct care staff and ensure the required ratios are maintained in TLC homes.



  • Bachelor's degree in a social science i.e. Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology etc.

  • One year experience in administration of service programs for people with developmental disabilities.

  • One year experience in community-based treatment services.

  • Valid Driver's license

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and community care licensing through State of California.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
