We are actively seeking to fulfill the role of Customer Service Representative to represent our company on e-commerce marketplaces.
GENERAL
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email/chat for our online stores (i.
e.
Amazon, eBay, etc) in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Some inquiries may come via text message/phone call.
Provide basic troubleshooting help for devices in the consumer electronics field Manage order cancellations and shipping adjustments as requested by customers Uphold excellent performance standards on online marketplaces by responding to customers quickly, and handling cases and chargebacks by customers.
Send return shipping labels to customers as requested Manage lost/stolen shipments by contacting shipping providers and customers Utilize customer service platform and other software to stay organized and efficient.
Other duties may be assigned in relation to maintaining product catalog and other e-commerce responsibilities PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Be able to stand or sit for extended lengths of time Must be able to work on computer for extended periods of time SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS:
Must be good with computers and be able to learn new software quickly Excellent customer service skills to ensure our customers are happy with their orders Analytical and problem-solving skills Organizational skills to keep track of several customer inquiries and tickets Able to prioritize, manage time and orchestrate multiple tasks Preferred:
Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and Shipstation, previous experience in online customer service EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent Computer and typing skills necessary Strong vocabulary skills Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Job Type:
