Part-Time Personal Assistant Job Requirements:
Must be eager to learn, proactive, and have an exceptional work ethic Must live near Los Angeles and be able to commute to Reseda, California Must have a reliable vehicle for commute and running errands Must have a personal laptop Availability for in-person work 2 to 3 times per week, totaling 16 to 20 hours Ability to run errands including product returns, dry cleaning, grocery runs, and transportation Ability to work with spreadsheets for organization purposes Ability to do thorough online research and problem solve Organizational skills for coordinating film days and managing product logistics Beginner-level videography skills, particularly with iPhone filming Aesthetic eye and understanding of POV filming angles Familiarity with filming product reviews, unboxings, and demonstrations Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate is someone who has been a personal assistant before and has a passion for content creation.
They should have a great work ethic and treat every difficult situation as a learning opportunity.
They should be very organized, experience managing schedules, and comfortable with in-person responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Running errands such as product returns, grocery shopping Coordinate and assist with film days, ensuring all necessary equipment and products are prepared Assemble and disassemble products for filming purposes Basic cooking for on-set meals or snacks Utilize iPhone for filming product reviews, unboxings, and demonstrations, following established style guidelines Maintain an organized inventory of products and filming equipment Collaborate with the content creation team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies Show professionalism and punctuality in all interactions Payment & Hours:
We're looking for someone to work up to 20 hours per week (in-person 2-3 days per week).
We will pay $1600-$1800 a month for this position (depending on experience).
This is a very dynamic role that has the potential to turn into a full-time opportunity.
