As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events - Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements based on their preferences and budget - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral department - Care for and maintain fresh flowers, plants, and other floral products - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of floral arrangements - Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking floral supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in floral design or related field is preferred - Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques - Excellent artistic skills with an eye for color, texture, and composition - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a POS system - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of retail sales practices and e-commerce platforms is beneficial We offer competitive pay based on experience.
