We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team.
As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their cannabis product selection, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide accurate information about different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs - Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of cannabis use - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers - Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed - Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Conduct product demos and provide recommendations to enhance customer experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods - Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide accurate information to customers - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive customer information Preferred Skills:
