Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner - Take drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Prepare and serve drink items according to established recipes and food safety standards - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and workstations - Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Knowledge of drink preparation, food safety, and proper food handling techniques - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
