Responsibilities:
Help with employee recruitment and hiring efforts Coordinate onboarding of new employees Review Employee Handbook and Organizational Policies and Protocols Create and monitor client files to assure that all required documents are collected and up to date Work with Director to oversee training of new employees Work with Director to coordinate performance management efforts Monitor and track employee Sick and Vacation Time Hold meetings with employees to discuss available time off options Continuous efforts to promote employee satisfaction and retention Work with Director to conduct periodic meetings with employees, as needed Job Expectations and Requirements:
Ability to problem solve effectively and manage a constantly changing environment Excellent people and communication skills necessary for working effectively with other staff members Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications Ability to utilize scheduling and spreadsheet software Work under the supervision of Executive Director Capacity to approach learning opportunities openly and respect the mentoring of senior positions.
Perform physical demands of job as requested or needed Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing situations Spanish speaking applicants preferred but not required Detail-oriented and efficient Bilingual Spanish speaking applicants - preferred but not required.
Required Educational and Field
Experience:
Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or other related field.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, including child abuse index Complete Immunization Record, including a TB test Must have a reliable car and maintain proof of auto insurance Morning, mid-day and afternoon (occasional evening) availability - preferred Must have a valid driver's license Security Card Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
